Barn Find Fever recently attended the Balboa Car Show in Newport Beach, CA. We were there hunting barn finds — the restored type — and the nifty stories that surround them. Here are two good ones.

This green 1950 Plymouth Suburban wagon is owned by Bill from Newport Beach. He and his brother found the car in a farm field near Reno about 15 years ago. They restored it in Newport Beach gradually over the years. The color is the original, called “Seafood Green”. We’re glad they found it, and even more so, that they took the time to restore and show it.

This 1957 T-bird is owned by Scott who grew up in the area. His Dad bought the car new and used it for his everyday driver. Dad gave the car to Scott, who then restored it to its current mint condition.
